Modern Design 10KW 240V Hybrid Inverter Power Convsersion Wind And Solar Hybrid System

 

 

Off-grid systems are built using AC or DC coupled power supplies. AC-coupled power supplies include common solar inverters, wind turbines, or backup generators (gensets), while DC-coupled power supplies include MPPT solar charge controllers or micro-hydro systems.

 

Small scale off grid solar systems and DIY systems for caravans, boats, small homes and cabins use MPPT solar charge controllers, also known as solar regulators, connected between the solar panels and the batteries. The job of the charge controller is to make sure the battery is charged properly and, more importantly, not overcharged. Most small 12V/24V solar charge controllers also have load output terminals, usually for simple DC lighting circuits. In small DIY systems, simple "plug-in" inverters are used to provide 240V or 120V AC power. These inverters come in many different sizes, from tiny 150W inverters to 3000W and beyond.

 

The energy storage converter (PCS) can control the charging and discharging process of the battery, perform AC-DC conversion, and can directly supply power to the AC load when there is no power grid. PCS consists of DC/AC bidirectional converter, control unit, etc. The PCS controller receives the background control commands through communication, and controls the converter to charge or discharge the battery according to the symbol and size of the power command, so as to realize the adjustment of the active power and reactive power of the grid. The PCS controller communicates with the BMS through the CAN interface. Obtaining the status information of the battery pack can realize the protective charging and discharging of the battery and ensure the safe operation of the battery.
