A: With our strict production management system, every piece of our product is required to 100% fit the vehicles and perform the customer-satisfactory way.
Q2: What about the warranty of your gas spring struts products?
A2: The quality warranty for our gas springs is 1 - 3 years as per customers requirements. In case there is a product defect, we will refund the customers or send replacements.
Q3: What is your terms of payment?
A3:Usually for new customers, we require a 30% T/T on order confirmation and balance to pay at the time of shipment. While for our regular customers, less or no deposit will be acceptable for us and an VIP customer may not need to pay anything until they receive the goods.
