Full payment must be made before we sent out your goods.
The price you paid for items excluding any customs tax. We do not have any duties in destination countries.
We usually declare your goods as "gift/sample" on the commercial invoice or customs declaration, and we are trying to help you minimize any GST or V.A.T or other import taxes, but we cannot guarantee no tax chargers which depends on your country`s policy
SHIPPING
Our company promise that we will dispatch your sample orders in 15 days (Excluding Holidays) after the confirmation of buyers` payment for the orders. For the mass production, the production time depend on the quantity.
The 15 days rule is only applicable for small order.
Larger orders and mixed orders will take longer lead time to prepare the products and therefore it is not cover under this rule.

A: We are a manufacturer, welcome to visit us.
Q: Where is your factory located, how can I visit you?
A: Our factory is located in Zhangzhou, Fujian,China
Q: Can I get sample before order bulk production?
A: Yes, you can have some ready samples or custom samples to be made for checking quality first.
Q: How do your factory do regarding quality control?
A: We have QC control team, total 3 times inspection in the whole production make sure all the products being shipped.
Q: Do you accept OEM customized design?
A: Yes, welcome your OEM designs.
Q: How long to make sample?
A: clay artworks (4-5days) - mold (3-4days) - paint(2-3days)
Q: What is your payment terms?
A: We can accept the TT.
Mostly 30% TT deposit, 70% TT against copy of B/L.
