2. OEM and ODM service
Step One: We get pictures from your company .
Step Two: Our development colleague will start sculpture new design from your design files or Pictures.
Step Three: If you provide the samples for us, we will copy it directly - that's very fast.
Step Four: Once we finish copy samples, or finish new design sculpts, we will send pictures to you to confirm it first before we process the mold.
Step Five: After getting the confirmation from you about the sculpt sample, we will start working on the sample molds and resin samples.
Step Six: We need a few days to work on the resin samples and paint it. After we finished painting, we will send pictures to you to confirm again.
Step Seven: Once we get finished sample approval from your company, we will arrange the delivery of our samples to you.
3. SHIPPING
1.Production cycle: Usually 25 days, it depends on the quantity of the order, so please ask us for a clear time.
2.Packing: Bubble films protect products from damaging. We will pack carefully and pay attention to the damageable parts.
Big itmes need to be disassembled for shipping.
3.Shipping: I. Port of departure: Xiamen
II. We accept land, air, sea transportation and international multimodal transportation.
III. Transit time: 7-10 days by air transportation, 25-50 days for ocean transportation.
4.Clearance: We are a professional export factory. We have experience of exporting to countries all over the world. And we have a long-term cooperation relationship forwarder, which are experienced with importing and exporting fiberglass products. Also you can specify an agent for clearance and transportation.
5.Payment terms: T/T, Western Union/ Cash,Credit Card

1.What it the quality of your products?
We promise all items are best quality.
2.Is it possible to negotiate the Prices?
Yes, discounts would be consider for container mixed or individual model.
3.What is your minimum order requirement?
Normally 50pcs~100pcs. Pls contact us if you need small quantity.
4.What about the payment?
We accept T/T.
5.How long will it take to execute my order?
Depends on your size of order, generally, 15-30 working days for a 20GP container. Please let us know the quantity and model of the items to a correct production schedule.
6.How much will the shipping charges be?
This will depend on the size of your shipment and the method of shipping. When inquired about shipping charges, we hope that you let us know the detailed information such as the codes and quantity, your favorable method of shipping, (by air or by sea,) and your designated port,detail address or airport.
7.How can I know the status of production or my order is being done?
We will inspect and test all merchandise in case of damage and missing parts before shipping. The detailed inspection pictures of the order will be sent to you for your confirmation before delivery.
