3. SanQi sales send the Proforma Invoice with company sign .
4. Customer make the payment for deposit and send us Bank receipt.
5.Initial Production Stage-Inform the clients that we have got the payment,And will make the samples according to your request, send you photos or Samples to get your approval. After approval, we inform that we will arrange the production & inform the estimated time.
6. Middle Production-send photos to show the production line which you can see your products in . Confirm the estimated delivery time again.
7. End Production-Mass production products photos and samples will send to you for approval. You can also arrange the third party Inspection .
8. Clients make payment for balance and we Ship the goods .
9. Order can be say “finish” when you receive the goods and satisfy with them .

Q: Can we customize our material?
A: You can customize the material for your need, our raw materials containing resin, fiberglass, PVC, acrylic, etc.

Q: Can you help me make my own design?And what about mould cost?
A: Sure.we can made OEM and ODM items for you as long as you provide your idea or pictures. The mould fee base on the accurate product, if you have large quantity, we can refund the mould fee.
Q: What is your MOQ, can we get smaller for the first time?
A: Our normal MOQ is about 50pcs, And smaller order and mixed order accepted for a trial. Please confirm details with us.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: TT 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment
Q: When is the lead time?
