2. OEM and ODM service
Step One: We get pictures from your company .
Step Two: Our development colleague will start sculpture new design from your design files or Pictures.
Step Three: If you provide the samples for us, we will copy it directly - that's very fast.
Step Four: Once we finish copy samples, or finish new design sculpts, we will send pictures to you to confirm it first before we process the mold.
Step Five: After getting the confirmation from you about the sculpt sample, we will start working on the sample molds and resin samples.
Step Six: We need a few days to work on the resin samples and paint it. After we finished painting, we will send pictures to you to confirm again.
Step Seven: Once we get finished sample approval from your company, we will arrange the delivery of our samples to you.
3. SHIPPING
When you place an order, please choose a shipping method and pay for the order including the shipping fee. We will send the items within 7 days once your payment is completed. We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in Customs Clearance Time in individual countries, which may affect how fast your product will be inspected. Please note that buyers are responsible for all additional Customs Fees, brokerage fees, duties and taxes for importation into your country. These additional fees may be collected at time of delivery. We will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments. The shipping cost does not include any import taxes, and buyers are responsible for Customs Duties.
We do our best to serve our customers. We will refund you if you return the items within 2 days of your receipt of the items for any quality reason before buyer open the package.
Before returning the items, please confirm with us the address and the logistics method. After you give the items to the logistics company, please send us the tracking number. We will deal with them as soon as we receive the items.

1.Can you provide your polyresin figure catalogue?
-We have thousands of products, including resin fountains, resin decorations, resin flower pots and resin items.
-Please kindly tell me which kind of items you prefer to and provide me more information. Then I can recommend to you accordingly.
2. How long will it take for an OEM project?
-About 7~15 days to make prototype sample as per your designs /pictures.
-About 20-45 days for mass production as usually, according to your QTY.
-About 7 days for shipping by air,or about 30 days by sea.
3. Can you help me make my own design?
-Sure.we can made OEM and ODM items for you as long as you can tell us your idea or provide pictures.
-Sample time is about 15-20 days.
