1. How long does it take to produce my order?
Normally we need 30 days for production. But depend on the quantity you need.
2. How long does it take to transport my goods?
For small sculptures, it is suggested that you choose express delivery. lt usually takes 3-7 days. For midsize or large sculptures,
they are usually shipped by sea. It usually takes 20-30 days.
3. Can I know the details of my order in the production process at any time?
We will begin to make it after you confirmed the material and design.
For every step of production, packaging, and transportation parts, we will send you detailed progress Information.
4. Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
We are factory. Can give you more competitive price and have the direct control in quality and delivery date.
5. How do you pack your products?
Generally, inner with soft plastic, blanket and foam, outside with seaworthy hard wooden crate (For common size or small size of sculptures).
Certainly, we can pack sculptures based on your suggestion.
6. What is your terms of payment?
Generally, T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery or based on the copy of B/L.
7. What is your terms of delivery?
EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP
8. Can you produce according to the samples?
Yes, we can, and we can even customize any sculpture based on your design or picture.
9. Do you provide samples ? Is it free or extra ?
Yes, we can supply samples.
If the sample is small and low price, we can supply you for free. But delivery cost should be paid by customer.
10. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
Yes, we have 100% test before delivery. Our QUALITY and PACKAGE passed the inspection of SGS before delivery from our factory.
