2. OEM&ODM Flow
Step One: We get pictures or your resin army souvenir items designs from your company .
Step Two: Our development colleague will start sculpt new design from your design files or Pictures.
Step Three: If you provide your resin army souvenir items samples for us, we will copy it directly - that's very fast.
Step Four: Once we finish copy samples, or finish new design sculpts, we will send pictures to you to confirm it first before we process the mold.
Step Five: After getting the confirmation from you about the sculpt sample, we will start working on the sample molds and resin samples.
Step Six: We need a few days to work on the resin samples and paint it. After we finished painting, we will send pictures to you to confirm again.
Step Seven: Once we get finished sample approval from your company, we will arrange the delivery of our samples to you.

Please kindly tell me which kind of items you prefer to and provide me more information. Then I can recommend to you accordingly.
2. How to do if I can’t reach your minimum order quantity or a full container ?
We suggest you refer to our goods in stock and group sourcing products if you can’t reach our MOQ
Meanwhile, we will charge extra fee if your order quantity less than a full container.
3. Can you help me make my own design? How about the sample fee and sample time?
Sure.we can made OEM and ODM items for you as long as you can tell us your idea or provide pictures.
Sample time is about 10-15 days.
Sample fee is charged according to the size of the product.
4. How about your quality guarantee?
We’re 100% responsible for damage of full container goods if it’s caused by our improper package.
5. Are you a factory or trading company?
We're a factory. We are located in Fujian, China.
6. What is the minimum order quantity?
Generally 50pcs, depending on the size of the item. Let us know if your order can not be satisfied With a minimum order quantity, we are willing to find a solution for you.
7. Can I sample it?
Yes, it is fine to order the sample to check the quality first.
8. Can you help me to do my own design? What is the sample cost and sample time?
Yes, OEM and ODM are suitable for us. Sampling usually takes 7-15 business days. It depends on size and quantity. Sample costs need to be further evaluated based on specific conditions.
9. What is your delivery time?
It depends on the size and quantity of the order. Regular 25-35 days.
