Working principle of winch:

The motor drives the steel wire rope drum through the reducer, retracts and retracts the steel wire rope, and changes the direction through different pulleys. Matters needing attention
Hoist has the advantages of large carrying capacity, stable and reliable lifting and wide range of running speed, application, but due to the lack of awareness and effective use of hoist safety, often cause production accidents.
The hoisting machine is not fixed firmly and the ground anchor is not set firmly, resulting in the displacement and overturning of the hoisting machine.
There is no protective device on the drum to prevent the wire rope slippage or the protective device is set up unreasonable and unreliable, resulting in the wire rope from the winch.
The end of the wire rope is not fixed or fixed to the requirements, resulting in the wire rope falling off.
The hoist brake is out of position.
The shaft fatigue fracture is caused by the inaccurate positioning of the rope drum shaft end.
 

Installation position

1. Set up the operation shed, and ensure that the operator can see the conductor and the objects dragged or hoisted. The construction process of buildings, scaffolding and stacking materials, components, etc. should not affect the driver's monitoring of the whole process within the scope of operation. The roof of the operating shed in the dangerous operation area should meet the requirements of the protective shed.
2. The foundation is solid. Winch should be as far away from dangerous operating areas as possible, choose higher ground, strong soil, buried anchor with steel wire rope and winch lock, the front should be piling, winch moving and overturning.
3. Drum direction. The drum is aligned with the center of the guide pulley, and the distance from the drum to the guide pulley is: the grooved drum should be greater than 15 times the width of the drum, and the non-grooved drum should be greater than 20 times, so as to prevent the wire rope from overlapping and the guide wheel flange and wire rope wear when the drum is running.
