The wheelset presses are mainly used to mount and dismount the elements on the axle (wheel discs, brake discs, gears and bearings). With both single and double cylinder version available for option and capacity range from 200 to 800 tons. Application Scope:
This wheel press-fitting machine is used to mount and dismount the wheelset wheels. It can real-time monitor the force and displacement during the mounting operation, record and export the pressing report. It needs to reverse the axle to mount or dismount the other side after one side wheel operation completed.
