NEWSKY NK14 model mechanical single-drum vibratory road roller is a self-propelled high-efficiency compacting machine that utilizes own weight and the centrifugal force to compact various kinds of construction and road building materials. This machine can be used for the compacting of infrastructure projects and is especially suitable for the high-density compacting of the non-clayed materials as well as the clayed and semi-clayed materials.
①Engine has a good power performance, large torque reserve, low fuel consumption, energy saving and environmental protection.
②Hydraulic vibration system is an open type system composed of gear pump and gear motor. The pilot electrohydraulic reversing valve is equipped with a reversing buffer device, which can effectively reduce the hydraulic impact pressure and extend the service life of components.Diesel engine with vibration pump interface, vibration of the power transmission simplified, improve the reliability of the machine.Rear wheel mechanical drive, clutch, gearbox and drive axle transmission torque, reliable running system.
③50% of the front wheel weight distribution, generating greater static pressure, optimized vibration wheel structure and vibration parameters, so that the compaction surface more flat, compaction efficiency is higher.The two amplitudes meet the requirements of different working conditions.
