Polycarboxylic acid high performance water reducer CAS 62601-60-9
Polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer is the third generation of new superplasticizer for concrete. Compared with naphthalene superplasticizer, Polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer has the advantages of high water reduction rate, high strength, low shrinkage, low secretion and low slump loss. Polycarboxylate superplasticizer has relatively good adaptability with different cement. Compared with naphthalene superplasticizer, the strength of polycarboxylate superplasticizer concrete increases faster in early and late periods, especially the strength of high-strength concrete increases more obviously in late periods.
Use
This product is suitable for improving the performance of polyether superplasticizer, including improving the adaptability of polyether superplasticizer to cement in concrete, improving the stability of water reducing agents, reducing concrete bleeding, reducing high grade concrete viscosity, and improve concrete pumping. This product can also reduce the amount of water-reducing agent.

Use recommendations :
When used alone or combined with other varieties of polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent (mother liquor), the mixture amount of folding-solid should be 0.05%~0.25% of the cementing material, and then added into the mixer with water after proportional dilution. If necessary, appropriate amount of entraining, defoamer, retarding and other components can be added to adjust the relevant properties.
Packaging and storage :
Packing: 200kg/BBL, 1ton/BBL or according to customer's request.
Storage:
This product should be stored in a special warehouse or fixed place, under the condition of 0~35℃, original seal and avoid direct sunlight, shelf life is 12 months.
