Liquid lignin is used as additives for coal water slurry
Sodium lignosulfonate liquid is brown yellow free flowing liquid,as the water reducing admixtures taking on the feature of small dosage,high reducing rate,low gas content,good workability and convenience. Na salt sodium lignosulphonate can be widely used in construction,ceramics,mineral powder, textile dyestuff,Carbon black and porcelainchemical industry,metallurgical industry, petroleum industry,fire-retardant materials,and coal water slurry (CWS) dispersion agent.
Coal water slurry additive is an anionic compound additive modified by special process on the basis of general sodium lignosulfonate. It has been proved by the test and user that it has the characteristics of easy operation, strong applicability to coal, high pulping concentration, low viscosity, good fluidity and long stability time. In addition to providing products to customers, our company can provide technical support to customers, and choose different additive formulations according to different coal quality of customers to make ideal coal water slurry.
How to use:
1. The coal water slurry additive is diluted to a solid content below 10%, and the amount of product used (based on dry basis) is 0.2-0.3% of absolute dry coal.

Usage:
1. Construction concrete additive
sodium Lignosulphonate can be applied as common water reducing admixture and built material of series multifunction high-performance water reducers. Sodium Lignosulphonate could improved strength and durability of the cured concrete. Reduced formulation cost and Increased workability of the concrete mix. Suitable for concrete, high fluidity concrete, pumping concrete, concrete products and concrete construction in summer as well as retarding the special requirements of concrete, concrete piles, concrete piles sink, hand-dug piles of concrete and underground bulk concrete construction, with good economic benefits.
2. Clay ceramic admixture
Experimental application of modified sodium ligninsulphonate series products of ceramic slurry, results showed that lignosulphonate has a better dispersion stability. For ceramics lignosulphonate can reduce the carbon content ,reduce the amount of plastic clay ,mud ,good liquidity,increase yield 70%-90%,splintering speed from 70minutes to 40 minutes.Sodium Lignosulphonate has been widely applied as ceramic additives/admixtures of Industry.
3. Stabilized emulsions in drilling fluid
Sodium Lignosulphonate series products could emulsify two liquids which are not compatible like oil and water, make them highly connected with each other. It shows a high adsorption affinity for a wide range of chemical substrates, like oil, fat and wax so lignosulphonate could work as emulsion stabilizers. Sodium Lignosulphonate, prominent among various stabilizing agents, have been used successfully for several years in both lime-base and brine-based fluids.
4. Dyestuff additive
Sodium lignosulphonate as dispersant has good heating stability, lower staining ability, minimize foaming. Sodium lignosulphonate can betterclay workability, reduced need for die lubrication,life of wearing parts,free water also reduced energy consumption;quick drying ,increase greenth. reduced Baryum Carbonate need, even up to its elimination.
5. Leather tanning
One of the excellent property of sodium lignosulphonate used as tanning agent is irreversible suitability bonding of vegetable tannins. Lignosulphonate retarder has influence in the early development of strength with its main purpose of retarding. The cement slurry containing sodium lignosulphonate retarder is successfully used in oil industry with the extra advantages.
6. Soil improvement agent & plant growth regulator on Agriculture
Sodium lignosulphonate as soil conditioner/soil improvement agent are often used to reduce shrinkage yet maintain after-forming mechanical strength (because reduced amounts of plastic clays are needed). Especially, for the chemical fertilizer granulation, could make the wet past into granulation under low pressure extrusion is used for the conversion of powders into granules.
