Product Specification

WH-705 high efficient solid desulfurizer uses a new skeleton structure material and it consists of hydroxyl group iron oxide (γ-FeOOH) as the active composition. HT-705 desulfurizer was produced by special technology and it has quick desulfurization speed, high sulfur capacity and high impact resistance. It is mainly used to remove H₂S from natural gas, oilfeld associated gas, syngas, methane, coal gas and so on. It is especially suitable for desulphurization of steelmaking gas. Its sulfide capacity can reach over 30%. Many steel mills use it to remove H₂S from coke oven gas such China Baowu Steel Group, Beijing Shougang Company Limited. Its post-processing is also very convenient.

Working principle

Iron oxide desulfurizer is weakly alkaline, and has a strong affinity for H₂S at normal temperature.

Key Features

The production process of iron oxide desulfurizer of our company adopts a unique chemical synthesis and chemical pore making process, and the bulk density of the product is small, the pore volume is large, the micropores are particularly developed, and the specific surface area is large.

1) High desulfurization accuracy

The laboratory evaluation device detects: when the H₂S content of the desulfurization inlet is 10000mg/m³ and the space speed is 1000 h^-1, the H₂S content of the desulfurization outlet is ≤ 0.03mg/m³.

2) Fast reaction speed

Laboratory evaluation device test: when the H₂S content of the desulfurization inlet is 10000mg/m³ and the space speed is 5000 h^-1, the H₂S content of the desulfurization outlet is ≤ 1.0mg/m³. It has unique performance when used in the working condition of thin desulfurizer bed and short contact time between gas and desulfurizer.

3) Large working sulfur capacity

In the principle of desulfurization, the two main reactions are almost synchronous, and the H2S is finally turned into elemental sulfur, which is placed in micropores. It can be seen from the principle of desulfurization:

·The desulfurizer is actually a catalyst, and the iron oxide is constantly desulfurized and regenerated in such a circular desulfurization process.

·The desulfurizer has developed micropores, and the gas can penetrate into the innermost part of the desulfurizer for desulfurization reaction, which improves the utilization efficiency of the desulfurizer.

The above two points can effectively and greatly improve the sulfur capacity and service life of the desulfurizer.
