Sodium Lignonsulphonate :

The technology of making grinding fluid with lignin extracted from alkali straw pulp black liquor has been proved by testing, analysis and practical application that it can completely replace oil grinding fluid, grinding fluid containing a large amount of sodium nitrite and organic amine or synthetic water based grinding fluid. It has low manufacturing cost and wide source of raw materials.

The production process of lignin grinding fluid is that the lignin is first sulfonated with sulfite at 120~160℃, and then mixed with a single stabilizer after cooling. Its appearance is brown, pH9.5~10, very little foam, non-toxic, harmless, no odor, non-flammable, not explosive.

According to the application test results of lignin grinding fluid in the surface grinder, some characteristics of lignin grinding fluid are as follows:

(1) high concentration, good lubrication performance and high finish;

(2) With good cold performance, workpiece without annealing phenomenon;

(3) With good washing performance, so as to improve the cutting performance of the grinding wheel, grinding quality and grinding machine life;

(4) High concentration, good anti-rust performance;

(5) No foam is produced;

(6) The use of 3 months did not see the deterioration of the grinding fluid;

(7) No corrosion of paint on machine tools.

Main uses of sodium lignosulfonate
