Sodium Lignonsulphonate:
Humic acid-lignin composite additives have been used in the production of coal water slurry, and have achieved good economic, environmental and social benefits. By using the alkali contained in the concentrated alkaline paper black liquor as extraction agent, the crushed lignite or grass charcoal containing rich humic acid was extracted, and then the humic acid and lignin were sulfonated to prepare humic acid-lignin compound additive. The results show that the compound reagent composed of humic acid and lignin has better effect than the single reagent. It can not only reduce the viscosity, but also has higher yield, which greatly reduces the amount of extraction agent and also reduces the cost. The effect of lignite as source of humic acid is satisfactory. The amount of black liquor and its concentration can vary in a wide range. The application of humic acid-lignin coal water slurry composite additive in production has proved that compared with the original additive, the additive cost of tons of slurry can be reduced by more than 25%, and the production cost of additive plant can be reduced by about 30%.
Lignin sulfonate was prepared by sulfonation of formaldehyde and sodium sulfite with lignin as raw material, which was used as dispersant of coal water slurry. Degradation and modification of lignin into both hydrophobic groups and hydrophilic groups of low molecular substance, can be used as a stabilizer, stabilizer and dispersant (or surfactant) at 10:1 ratio, that is, coal water slurry composite additives, the performance of this dispersant is better than humic acid sulfonate, but than naphthalene sulfonate powder poor; This stabilizer is better than other stabilizers, but the initial viscosity is higher. The results show that the composite additives of naphthalene sulfonate and modified low molecular lignin stabilizer can be prepared with low price, convenient use, good performance and stable effect
