Single Layer High Work Efficiency Cement Grout Mixer Machine for Cement
SINCOLA SM250/700 is a high work efficiency cement grout mixer for compounding / mixing the cement and water. It consists of two separate tanks---mixing tank and agitator tank, more convenient for transportation.
It is a good work partner of SINCOLA SM series grout pumps or SH series hose pumps.
Combine with grouting pump, it can grout with pressure in mining, tunnel, culvert, subway, hydropower engineering, underground excavation engineering etc.

Operation of Grout Mixer Machine
Close the valve. Add the water into the grout-making tank and start the tank. The water should flow violently, then, add the cement in a certain ratio. Cement and water is compounded quickly. Stop the motor until the grout is compounded well (about 3 minutes).
Warranty period
1. Quality warranty period 12 months refers to the working time whichever occurs carlicr.
2. Working time means the accumulative working time of the facility after delivered from factory. Using time means the period dated from the day customers purchases the facility.
3. If the timer of the facility fails or using time and displayed working time are not consistent.
4. Warranty period will not be affected by the changes of users, or facility stop caused by any reasons.
5. Warranty period of new parts replaced during quality warranty services are the same with the facility, calculated by facility working time and using time, and will end with the warranty period of the facility.
