OPP/PE BAG MAKING MACHINE
USAGE:
This machine is suitable for heating cutting and bag making of such printed or without printed plastic film as OPP, PP, PE, CPP and POF, etc. It’s an ideal equipment for bread bag, square bottom bag, garmeng bag, towel bag and accessory bag.
FEATURES:
1. The whole equipment adopts touch screen operation, three variable frequency motor, constant material puling controlled but double servo motor, and the speed of the whole equipment is intelligent linkage.
2. Arbitrary fixed-length, accurate and stable step Photoelectric tracking, stopping automatically when the label is lost.
3. Auto-Sync double adhesive tape processing, automatic punching and automatic stop when run out of materials.
4. Specially-made alloy steel cutter with flat cutter and dotted line cutter, automatic constant temperature, firm and flat sealing.
5. Specially designed for PE tube materials, with the functions of automatic edge cutting, bag side folding, bottom gusset (organ bottom) and hot pressing.
6. Equipped with web-guiding unwinder, magnetic powder brake for tension control, photocell tracking, air shaft unwinding.
7. Specall-designed stereo sealing knife for stereo bread bag, and it is equipped with automatic waste material removing function.
8. Matched with automatic web-guiding film folding machine and automatic bag sorter, it constitutes the complete assembly line, which greatly promote the production efficiency.
