Brief Introduction:
A fiber continuous handheld laser welding machine is composed of an integrated cabinet, a fiber laser, a cooling water circulation system, a laser control system and a hand-held welding head.
The hand-held welding machine is equipped with a wire feeder to allow larger assembly gaps and errors, improving work efficiency and weld strength.
Features:
1. Suitable for welding of various mantel materials, carbon steel, stainless steel, high-strength steel, aluminum, copper and alloy materials.
2. It can continuously emit light, not only can realize thermal conduction welding, but also continuous deep penetration welding. It can realize spot welding, butt welding, stitch welding, sealing welding, seam welding, etc.
3. Using continuous fiber laser, maintenance-free, photoelectric conversion efficiency is about 30%, and the theoretical service life of the pump source is about 100,000 hours.
4. Processing speed is fast.
5. Small thermal deformation and heat affected zone (suitable for processing high melting point, high hardness, special materials)
