Automatic tilting welding rotator function:

Switching position of cylinder work piece, to get the ideal welding position and speed.
Usually work matching with the equipments, like manipulator and welding machines to form the auto-welding system.
Also can be used in manual welding, assembling, polishing and crack-defection, etc.

Automatic tilting welding rotator mainly consist of power unit, idler unit, electric control box and hand control panel.
Welding rotators are used for the inside and outside circumferential and longitudinal welding.
20% overweight design, could making the rotator focus more.
Each motors and reducers have cover, careful design, ensure the safety.

Automatic tilting welding rotator description:

The series welding rotator is absorbing advantages of similar products at home and abroad, designed and manufactured by us according to the operation requirements of several pressure vessel factories.
According with mechanical standard JB/T 9187-1999, it is the device for special purpose adopted to weld metal cylinder especially pressure vessel.
The welding rotator series includes the self-aligned, the adjustable, the vehicle, the tilting and the anti-drift types.
This automatic tilting welding rotator is used to weld, polish and assemble the cylinder-shells, and to line the shells with rubber.
It can be aligned by itself according to the size of the shell.
It can be controlled with AC frequency converter.
The linear velocity is displayed by the digital.
It has advantages of stepless speed adjust, low noise transmission and stable turning under the welding parameter in the range.
We also can design and customize various types of the welding rotator in accordance with the customers requirement.
