Brief introduction:

Automatic welding column boom is used to manipulate welding machine for circular job seam welding. Working together with welding positioner composed as automated welding station.

Detail description of welding column boom:

• Welding column booms are used to locate a weld head to a desired position for welding in a stable and secure manner.
   
• Once in position, the part is moved during welding to produce high quality welds.
   
• A welding column boom can be used on a wide variety of parts and part shapes.
   
• Welding is performed using GTAW, PAW, GMAW, FCAW, SAW or YAG Laser.
   
• In some GMAW, SAW and FCAW welding, the standard boom can be used as a linear welding axis, as these weld processes may not required precise welding motion.
   
• Welding column booms are a versatile and rugged solution to obtain up to 8m of lift and reach to duplicate the function of a highly skilled welder.
   
• Manual or powered mobile sub-based cars can be included for varying length weldments and procedures.

• The LH2020 is specifically designed for light-duty applications.
   
• Smooth 360-degree lockable rotation.
   
• Linear guidings on column and boom for smooth movement which makes it ideal for gas metal arc welding (GMAW), gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) and submerged arc welding (SAW) processes.
   
• Cable chain on column and boom.
   
• Movable carriage or fixed stand.
   
• Pendant control station using low voltage on the generous 6m cable.
   
• A standard safety feature including anti-fall device and limit switches for all motions
