Wind tower surface treatment SAR rotator suitable for TSA/Blasting/painting hybrid application
 

Work load limit 200t/pair(1power & 1idler) with motorized trolly traveling on the rail. 

Description:

• Wind tower surface treatment hybrid rotator is composed by power rotator, idler rotator, control cabinet & wireless remote controller. 
   
• Self aligning rotator(SAR) type with cradle structure auto fit for different size tower from 1000mm to 6500mm. 
   
• Rubber wheels with groove for painting ring suitable for wind tower TSA/blasting/painting etc multi surface treatment procedure. 
   
• All motion clearance with safety cover for blasting grit shooting protection. 
   
• Anti explosive motor suitable for dust explosive surrounding. 
   
• Double layer control cabinet for extra protection of electric control system. 
   
• Wireless remote controller with effective control range no less than 100m.

• Wireless remote controller allow the operator remote control the rotator wthin a range of 100m. 
   
• Hybrid rotator suitable for whole wind tower surface treatment procedure including blasting/TSA/painting and so on. 
   
• With motorized trolley mobile on the rail, the hybrid surface treatment rotator could take the wind tower go through all working procedure along the rail without unloading the tower.
   
• It decreasing the hosit/crane using, saving labor cost & highly boosting the work efficiency.

Ronniewell: We provide 12month guaranty period for the whole machine quality. During this time, any issue proved because of the machine flaw itself,we would take the whole responsibility of it. Except of the guaranty period,technical advisory support is available freely covering the whole using life of the machine. Engineer service on user premises is also available for necessary.
