• SAR welding rotator is with cradle structure, by which auto open to suitable for diverse size tank.
   
• For standard 10t work load capacity(1power & 1idler), each cradle with 2pcs wheels, total 8pcs .
   
• SAR type welding rotator is with more balance loading compare with 4pcs wheels of conventional welding turning rolls, .
   
• Suitable for thin wall big diameter tank, by SAR welding turning rolls, it could decrease risk of surface deformation
   
• Wheel material is polyurethane covered forged steel core. Effectively increase friction torque & protect the tank surface from impress;

• The SAR welding rotator, which maintain a constant centerline, can rotate work pieces with diameters as small as 12" and as large as 16' without adjustment or change of drive shafts.
   
• SAR welding rotator provides an economical and practical answer of cylindrical vessel rotating problems;
   
• Self aligned wheel frame provides constant centerline capabilities which make set-up and alignment quick and easy.
   
• Power rotator wheels are driven with AC variable frequency drives and the motor providing a large range of rotation speeds
   
• Robust design with durable rollers.
   
• Solid state inverter for precise speed control.
   
• Specially formulated high-load polyurethane tire design for high wear resistance.
   
• Cast steel gearbox with double worm gear arrangement for smooth operation and minimum backlash.
