Brief introduction:

400T welding rotator specially designed for suction bucket production line, using for suction bucket jacket of the offshore wind power foundation; 

Embraceing hydraulic support arm; Steel & rubber combined wheel; Suitable for diameter upto 13m;  

Description:

• Suction bucket production welding rotator is composed by 1power rotator, 1idler rotator & control box. Each rotator with 2pcs of hydraulic bracing support at each end of the rotator. 
   
• Conventional type welding rotator adjustable for column diameter 3m~13m;
   
• Power rotator is driven by double motor. Reducer adopts cycloidal planetary gear reducer or worm reduction gear mode.
   
• Steel & rubber combined wheel. Steel wheel at side to reinforce the loading strength, Polyurethane (rubber) wheel at middel contacting with suction bucket to increase friction torque
   
• With motorzied traveling bogie mobile on the rail, working with fit up rotator as suction bucket welding production automation line. 
   
• Extention funciton of linkage control with other equipments, realize automatic welding of circumferential seam.
   
• Specially designed for offshore wind power industry, using for type of offshore foundation as sucktion bucket jacket.

• The production is according with mechanical standard JB/T 9187-1999.
   
• Hydraulic bracing support could correct the ellipse shape due to job itself gravity deformation. 
   
• Special designed for gaint diameter thin wall thickness column/cylindrical body, such as petrochemical refiner, suction bucket and so on.

Except of the guaranty period,technical advisory support is available freely covering the whole using life of the machine. Engineer service on user premises is also available for necessary.
