• Safety work load 300t/pair(2 idler) assembly station roller bed using for wind tower shells fit up growing production line. 
   
• Fixed pedestal without trolley. Independent hydraulic pump station. 

Product description:

• Assembly station roller bed is including pair of hydraulic liftable idler rotators, oil pump station, electric control system, pendant controller and so on. 
   
• Hydraulic liftable idler rotator is composed by pair of hydrualic liftable wheels, pedestal with reserved bolt screws and so on. 
   
• Assembly station roller bed pedestal is with reserved bolt screws . By changing the wheel seat interval distance, it could be using for diverse diameter sections assembling procedure. 
   
• Oil cylinders of the roller beds are independently controlled via remote controller.
