The STWB100 Head and Tail Asynchronous Lifting Positioner is a specialized device designed to facilitate the welding and assembly of large workpieces by adjusting their position and angle, thereby enhancing operational convenience and welding quality.
Key Features:
Structural Composition: The positioner primarily consists of an active column, a passive column, a traveling carriage, a tilting mechanism, a lifting mechanism, a conductive device, and a control system.
Column Design: The columns feature a hollow box structure, fabricated from profiled steel and high-quality carbon steel plates through welding. The weld seams are reliable and comply with national standards. The columns adopt a rectangular beam and guide rail configuration, with the guide rails made of 45# steel. Post-welding, stress-relief annealing and precision machining are performed to ensure excellent rigidity and strength, maintaining deformation-free performance over prolonged use.
Passive Column Traveling Carriage: The passive column is mounted on a traveling carriage comprising a base, traveling wheels, drive shaft, driven shaft, transmission components, and rail clamps. The base is a rectangular frame structure welded from profiles and plates, ensuring a stable center of gravity and rational design. Components like traveling wheels, drive shafts, and driven shafts are precision-machined from high-quality carbon steel.
Tilting Mechanism: This mechanism includes a drive unit and fixtures. The drive unit utilizes an AC brake motor coupled with a worm gear reducer. The output pinion of the worm gear reducer meshes with a slewing bearing, facilitating the rotation of the worktable. The combined self-locking features of the AC brake motor and the worm gear ensure the worktable can be securely locked in any position.
Slewing Bearing: A single-row ball slewing bearing is employed, offering a rational structure, good rigidity, light weight, and extended service life. It is equipped with a heat-resistant rubber seal to prevent lubricant leakage and the ingress of external dust, making it suitable for harsh welding environments.
Lifting Mechanism: Comprising a motor-reducer, sprockets, chains, guiding devices, and counterweights, this mechanism operates by the motor-reducer driving the sprockets and chains, causing the sliding plate to move vertically along the guide rails. The dual self-locking features of the AC brake motor and worm gear ensure the sliding plate can be securely locked in any position.
Guiding Device: Connecting the column and sliding plate, the guiding device boasts high load-bearing capacity. Four sets of guiding wheel assemblies are installed on the sliding plate, each consisting of three rollers with eccentric adjustment mechanisms. This design allows for easy adjustment of the clearance between the guiding device and the column, and protective covers are provided.
