1.Welding rotator each structural member after welding to be annealed, and then processed

wear resistance and with the corresponding dust means.

2.Four wheel roller frame are active wheel, dual-drive system, drive motor with AC motor drive system has over-current protection,
overload protection and other functions.

3.Transmission mechanism are: motor - a multi-stage speed control the scroll wheel , speed Adjustable Frequency.

4.Wheel frame base having sufficient strength rigidity. At the rated load, lower roller airplane flexible deformation does not
affect the normal use of the equipment, while the roller frame with a certain overload.

Brief introduction:

Anti-drifting welding rotator with safety working load 200t/set(1drive &1idler)
suitable for tank diameter 1000mm~6000mm.
Idler rotator with lifting device to adjust the height of the roller, which can prevent the pipe creep while turning.

Description:

The Anti-drifting welding rotator is including 1drive rotator, 1idler rotator, control cabinet & pendant controller.
The drive roller bed is driven by heavy duty AC motors which is designed according to internationally proven specifications to ensure constant speed with outer balance load of 15%.
Roller center distance could be manually adjusted by reserved screw bolt, so as to suitable for various tank diameter.
The AC Inverter comes with a remote control panel / operator pendant with interlocking reversing systems operating at temperatures in excess of 60%.
The wheel of the welding rotator is forging steel.
The operation is with a remote controller.
