Mesh panel drawing system adopts elastic tension link and mesh opening size is rather accurate, welding aperture could adjust randomly within certain range. 1. The warp wire and weft wire are pre straightening and cutting.The warp wire needs to be placed by manually.The weft wire is feeding by wire hopper automatically.
2. The machine belongs to gantry resistance welding machine.It can weld all the welding points in the weft wire at the same time.It greatly improves the production efficiency.
3. The material can be galvanized wire,black wire,low carbon steel wire,stainless steel wire.
4. The transformer with enhanced design adopts water circulation cooling mode as a whole, which can meet the requirements of high-speed continuous welding mesh, and there is no open welding and leakage welding.
