A: Structure of the machine: hydraulic system, mechanical forming system, control system, body of the machine
B: Working principle of circling machine: clamp the wire to the forming wheel of the circling machine through the hydraulic system of the circling machine (adjust the cutter to the appropriate angle according to the needs), press and bend it to the required circle diameter, cut it by the cutter of the circling machine, and complete the circling.
The Maintenance of The Machine
1. Please cut off the power when the machine is not in use. It is forbidden to use the machine after long-time power on.
2. The shell of the machine should be grounded reliably.
3. Check the amount of hydraulic oil in the oil tank of the circling machine regularly (three months). If the amount of oil in the oil tank is not enough, please add 68 anti-wear oil (the oil level is better than the cold water circulation copper pipe)
4. Remove the filter and clean it regularly (two months).
5. The circling machine must be kept in a dry, well ventilated and dust-free environment.
