1. The welding machine is PLC control,it adopts visual touch screen,easy for the worker to operate.
2. Both the warp wire and weft wire are pre straightening and cutting,so the mesh surface is flat after being welded.
3. The machine has water cooling transformers to ensure the machine can work in high temperature continuously,prelong the service life.
4. The machine can equip warp wire sending device,this device is optional.The device uses cylinder to clamp the warp wires, and the servo motor is used to send the warp wires to the welding position.When the machine is welding,the worker can prepare the warp wires for the next panel.
5. The weft wire is falling automatically in the wire hooper.The weft wire spacing is input on the touch screen,very easy to operate.
