Based on high-volume low-pressure pump to complete thewater injection, and then use high-pressure pump to complete high pressure test.Hydraulic steel pipe Hydrostatic Testing Machine is one of our main products for steel pipe pressure test and eliminating the internal stress on the pipe. Our hydrostatic testing machine products have been put to operation in many factories and have received favorable reputation andrecognition from the clients for advanced technologies and reliable performance.
Main testing process: 1. Adjust the moving beam according to the pipe length. 2. The pipe is measured and loaded by the loading chains. 3. The clamp device is lifted by cylinders to clamp the pipes. 4. The double end sockets move to seal the pipes. 5. Preliminary sealed booster 6. Filling water and outlet air. 7. Air release valve is closed and pressure boosting. 8. Pressure holding. 9. Pressure relief 10. Pipe is taken out of end socket. 11. Loosen the clamping 12. Unloading 13. Length measuring and cleaning.
