Product Description:

 

The countercurrent closed cooling tower (also called evaporative air cooler or closed cooling tower) places a tubular heat exchanger inside the tower, and ensures the cooling effect through the heat exchange between the circulating air, spray water and circulating water. Because it is a closed cycle, it can ensure that the water quality is not polluted, which well protects the efficient operation of the main equipment and increases the service life. When the outside temperature is low, the spray water system can be stopped to save water. With the implementation of the national energy conservation and emission reduction policy and the increasing scarcity of water resources, closed cooling towers have been widely used in industries such as steel metallurgy, power electronics, mechanical processing, and air conditioning systems in recent years.

Product Workng Theory:

 

As counter flow towers,the dry cool air is inlet through louvers on both sides of the tower from the bottom,and drawn upwards passing a large heat exchange surface of the coils section under the induced fans,against the spraying water in the opposite way,becoming hot wet air,induced draught out of the tower into the atmosphere by the fans on the top.During this process,a part of the heat from the fluids inside the closed loop is transferred effientiy,and removed to the outside environment.
