Product Description:
The PPCS Air Box Pulse Bag Dust Collector is an advanced high-efficiency dust collector imported from the American Fuller Company. It combines the advantages of various bag dust collectors such as divided chamber backflush and jet pulse dust cleaning, and overcomes the shortcomings of insufficient backflush cleaning intensity in divided chambers and simultaneous injection pulse dust cleaning and filtration, thereby expanding the application of bag dust collectors. range, because the structure of this type of dust collector has its own characteristics, it improves dust collection efficiency and extends the service life of the filter bag.
The PPCS Air Box Pulse Bag Filter is outdoor type and consists of various specifications with different numbers of chambers and different numbers of bags in each chamber. There are four types of bags per chamber: 32, 64, 96 and 128 bags. There are 33 specifications in the whole series. The diameter of the filter bag is φ 133mm, and the length of the filter bag is 2450mm and 3060mm.
The Air Box Pulse Dust Collector can operate under negative pressure or positive pressure without any changes to its body structure. Its dust collection efficiency can reach more than 99.9%, and the water content and dust concentration of the purified gas are less than 100mg/m. (standard).

If this series of dust collectors is used in cold areas, when the calculated outdoor heating temperature is ≤ -25°C, a heating device needs to be added, and the casing of the dust collector must also be added.
