Bainitic Ductile Iron Rolls Production Process:
1. Material Selection

3. Casting

4. Heat Treatment

5. Machining
After heat treatment, the rolls are machined to precise dimensions, including their final profile and surface finish.
6. Nodularization
Nodular graphite is achieved through the addition of nodularizing agents like magnesium or cerium during the casting process.
7. Final Inspection
Each roll undergoes rigorous quality control measures to ensure it meets the specified standards and tolerances.
