Product Overview
ZLD Type Conical Shaft Hole Elastic Pin Gear Coupling uses several pins made of non-metallic materials and is placed in the mating hole between the two halves of the coupling and the inner surface of the outer ring, and the two halves of the coupling are connected through the pin to transmit torque. The elastic pin gear coupling has the ability to greatly compensate the relative deviation of the two shafts. It is suitable for medium and high power transmission, and is not suitable for working parts that require vibration reduction and strict noise control.
Product Characteristics
1. The transmission torque is large. At the same torque, the rotation diameter is mostly smaller than that of the gear coupling, and it is small in size and light in weight. It can partially replace the gear coupling;
2. Compared with the gear coupling, the elastic pin tooth Type coupling is simple in structure, less component parts, more convenient to manufacture, no gear processing machine tool; convenient maintenance, long life, nylon pin can be replaced by removing the baffle plate;
3. The nylon column of the elastic pin tooth coupling The pin is a self-lubricating material and does not need lubrication, which not only saves lubricating oil, but also purifies the working environment; the elastic pin gear coupling has poor vibration reduction performance and high noise.
