Product Description of W Type Open Top Pump:
1. The suction chamber is equipped with a large rectangular hopper, and the universal joint connecting rod is equipped with a spiral propulsion device, which can push the medium into the sealed cavity of the rotor and stator more easily, improving the conveying efficiency.
2. The entry chamber is equipped with a spiral propeller for optimal flow rates and low operating costs
3. The design of the feeding spiral will prevent material bridging.
4. The size of the large rectangular hopper can be customized according to the size on site.
5. The spiral blades extend to the stator inlet, making it easier for materials to enter the stator and rotor sealing chambers
6. The spiral propulsion device and the shaft are connected in a split type, which enables quick inspection, easy maintenance and low maintenance cost.
7. The hopper has flushing fluid, diluent and drain flange connections, and can be connected to corresponding functional interfaces according to working conditions.
