Introduction:
Sieve bend screen according to need, can make different radius and different Angle. The commonly used angles are 45°, 60°, 90°, 180° and 270°. Flow arc screen, often using 45°, 60° and 90° arc Angle, used in coal preparation plant and concentrator. Pressure type arc screen, often using 180° and 270° radian, used in the cement industry in the grinding process of grading operations.
Due to the arc screen drainage capacity is very large, many coal preparation plants often in the dehydration screen before, with arc screen for pre-dehydration, the screen gap is generally 3-6 times larger than the next process of dehydration screen gap, but should not exceed 3mm. The width of the arc screen should be 150-200mm smaller than the width of the dewatering screen in the next process. Arc screen can also be used in series according to need.
Due to the continuous improvement of the design, the screen frame is also designed to use the pivot steering structure, can rotate 180 degrees of arc screen, prolong the service life of the screen surface. In addition, also developed a two-way arc screen, it is composed of vibration motor, material distributor, screen box, which is characterized by two side plate screen box, support network steel pipe, two reverse installation of the screen and plate composition. The screen mesh is fixed at one end of the steel pipe through the layering and wooden wedge, and the other end of the steel pipe is fixed on the base, and the side plate is connected with the base. The vibration motor is installed outside the screen box, and the distributor is installed on the top of the screen box. This two-way arc screen uses two screens, which not only improves the processing capacity of the arc screen, but also uses the arc screen for higher screening efficiency, and makes it very convenient to replace the screen.
