Wedge screen filter Introduction:
Wedge screen filter is made of support rods and wire mesh strips. The support rod can be a round wire, triangular wire or trapezoidal wire. The screening line is deltoid (V - shaped). Adopt modern welding technology to achieve accurate slot position and form profile wire mesh. Wedge-shaped lines, also known as profile lines, have a rigid screen structure and are capable of withstanding heavy loads. Slotted screen has the characteristics of accurate opening, low blanking possibility, smooth surface and high opening ratio. Different wires can be used, different slots can be created on a wedge-shaped wire screen, and different distances of support wires or rods can be created.
