Introduction:
Wedge screen filter is made of support rods and wire mesh strips. The support rod can be a round wire, triangular wire or trapezoidal wire. The screening line is deltoid (V - shaped). Adopt modern welding technology to achieve accurate slot position and form profile wire mesh. Wedge-shaped lines, also known as profile lines, have a rigid screen structure and are capable of withstanding heavy loads. Slotted screen has the characteristics of accurate opening, low blanking possibility, smooth surface and high opening ratio. Different wires can be used, different slots can be created on a wedge-shaped wire screen, and different distances of support wires or rods can be created. Plate, cylinder and bending bending is the common form of wedge screen filter products.
The profile lines are made of rectangular support rods (rods) that allow the panels to span longer distances without the need for intermediate support rods. Each surface wire at each contact is welded with a support rod to form a rigid structure that transmits vibration power more efficiently with less energy loss. The continuous opening and high porosity of the wedges greatly increase the flow area of the screen. Trapezoidal filter tube has solid structure, high porosity and high injection precision. The structure of continuous channel winding makes wedges an ideal shielding material for Wells and oil Wells.
