Nickel mesh is a filter mesh woven by nickel wire. The main common nickel filaments are N4 and N6. The N6 material mainly contains more than 99.5% nickel content. The nickel mesh applied to N4 material can be replaced by N6 nickel mesh.
Nickel wire mesh has super corrosion resistance, acid and base resistance, mainly used for strong acid, strong base environment conditions of screening and separation of gas, liquid filtration and other media.
The main weaving technology of nickel wire mesh is flat weaving, oblique weaving and mat weaving.The main specification is 1-200 order, and the flat knitting process features the same density of warp and latitude at each inch.
