EN81-20 New Euro Standard means requirements (for elevator door detector)
1.detecting height range: the lowest≤20mm, the highest≥1600mm.
2.minimum obstructions 50mm, the distance of diode sets must less than 50mm.
3. When distance of door detectors less than 20mm, it allows to be invalid.
Design of door detector (Solution)
1.range of diodes less than 47mm, the number of diodes should be at least 35 or more than 35
2.lowest detecting point:17mm
3.higest detecting point:17+47*34=1615mm. (take 35 diode sets as example)
4.detecting range is 0—4m
5.continuous detectable minimum obstructions is 50mm
