Question1 :what is your minimum order? I want to buy different color, Can you dye it ?
Answer: Normally, 100-200 yards each design. If you have special requirments for small quantity, please contact with us. We have our own dying factory. If you want to different color, we could dye it as your color stand or Pantone color.
Question :How to save the problem after sales?
Answer:1.Make photo or video or physical problem fabric send by express, We will reply in 24 hours after we confirme the problem ,such as caused weaving,dyeig or others
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.We can provide free samples for products in stock. If it is a customized product, customers need to pay the sample fee first, and return it after the order is confirmed.
Q:Do you have a catalog?
A:Since our inventory changes daily, we do not offer a printed catalog or E-catalog. All of our lace can be found on our website with a picture, price, and description.
Q: What is the payment ?
A. 30% T/T as deposit in advance, the balance T/T before shipment;
