FOE stands for Fold Over Elastic. It has several uses. Most commonly used to finish the edges of knit garments as an alternative to a cuff. It has stretch and is easy to apply.
In garment construction it's essential to use stretchy binding to have the ‘recovery’ function of stretch materials work in partnership with each other.This green elastic open, 3/4 inch or 20mm elastic closed has a clear fold point so you will have no trouble finding the center. This can be used in lingerie design, as camisole and panty elastic, a knit garment finish and as headbands. It can also be used along the top of bra cups to finish the edge. Product is cut to order and is cut in a continuous piece for all quantities ordered, as available.
