Product Description
ZTA composite ceramic lining plate is an advanced ceramic composite material that combines high hardness, high wear resistance, excellent toughness, and chemical stability. It is designed to solve wear problems under extreme working conditions. The product is mainly composed of alumina (Al₂O₃) and zirconium oxide (ZrO₂) through scientific proportions and advanced processes, combining the advantages of the two materials to form a unique performance combination.
ZTA composite ceramic lining plate is made by adding a certain amount of zirconium oxide ceramic ingredients to alumina through scientific proportions. This composite material combines alumina's high hardness and zirconium oxide's toughness. Its wear resistance and toughness are between the two, showing excellent comprehensive performance.

Application:
ZTA zirconium-aluminum composite ceramic lining is widely used in various industrial equipment with severe wear due to its excellent performance, such as:
Coal mill: In the coal mill, the lining needs to withstand the impact and wear of high-speed rotating grinding balls or grinding rods. ZTA zirconium-aluminum composite ceramic lining can significantly reduce the replacement frequency and operating costs.
Ball mill: In the ball mill, the lining also faces serious wear problems. The high wear resistance and toughness of ZTA zirconium-aluminum composite ceramic lining make it an ideal choice.
Cement mill: The materials in the cement mill cause serious wear on the lining. ZTA zirconium-aluminum composite ceramic lining can effectively extend the service life of the equipment and improve production efficiency.
In addition, the ZTA composite ceramic lining plate is also suitable for equipment with large feed volumes, large materials, and strong impact, such as mining hoppers and fan impellers. As an anti-wear lining, it significantly improves the wear resistance and impact resistance of the equipment.
What is a ZTA composite ceramic lining plate?
ZTA ceramic composite lining is made of high-purity zirconium dioxide and alumina powder as the main raw materials, and a variety of rare elements are added, through high-pressure molding and high-temperature sintering. Some products also combine high-strength organic rubber and high-plasticity and high-toughness steel. The ceramic sheet is vulcanized in the inner groove of the steel plate and filled with special rubber through advanced hot vulcanization technology to form a solid wear-resistant layer.
Differential advantages of ceramic composite linings
1: The ceramic-rubber composite lining uses a hot vulcanization process to vulcanize toughened and wear-resistant ceramics and rubber to form a rubber-ceramic two-in-one liner and then uses a high-strength organic adhesive to bond the liner to the inside of the equipment. A strong and buffered wear-resistant layer is formed on the shell steel plate. It combines the advantages of the high hardness of ceramics and the high buffering and fatigue resistance of rubber, which can solve the problem of equipment wear during bulk material transportation. The addition of rubber and good anti-wear and anti-corrosion effects can also prevent production stoppage due to material accumulation and reduce noise.
In addition, wear-resistant ceramic sheets and special rubber can be directly vulcanized on steel plates with countersunk bolts to form three-in-one wear-resistant ceramic linings of various shapes, which are easy to install and replace.
2: ZTA ceramic lining is a new type of super wear-resistant and impact-resistant lining. This product is a ZTA ceramic composite material made of zirconium oxide and aluminum oxide vulcanized on steel plates. It uses the high toughness and high wear resistance of ceramics, large materials, large drops, and wear-resistant linings suitable for equipment with strong impact.
This product uses advanced vulcanization technology to vulcanize ZTA ceramics composited with alumina and zirconia in rubber. Ceramic rubber can also be vulcanized directly on steel plates. The steel plate has countersunk bolts, which increases the space for linings and equipment. The firmness ensures the reliability of wear resistance and impact resistance.
3: Composite wear-resistant ceramic linings can be divided into two-in-one composite linings (ceramic + rubber, ceramic + steel plate) and three-in-one composite linings. It is widely used in the wear resistance of silos, chutes, and other equipment in coal transportation, ash discharge systems, and material conveying and batching systems. The composite wear-resistant ceramic lining is made of alumina or zirconia wear-resistant ceramics, which are vulcanized under high-temperature conditions and embedded in steel tanks filled with special rubber to form a wear-resistant ceramic composite lining, forming a wear-resistant, impact-resistant and corrosion-resistant wear-resistant layer. It is widely used in the coal transportation and ash discharge systems of cement plants and thermal power plants, as well as the wear-resistant linings of silos, hoppers, chutes, and other equipment in the transportation and batching systems of the steel and metallurgical industry.
