Flexible Ceramic-Lined Hose is a composite conveying hose designed for harsh industrial environments. The inner layer is lined with high-purity 95% alumina ceramic and the outer layer is a weather-resistant rubber composite layer. It achieves "rigid-flexible combination" through an integrated vulcanization process. It has both the excellent wear resistance of ceramics and the flexibility of rubber, providing an efficient solution for the transportation of particles, slurries, and corrosive media.

Production process
Ceramic lining molding:
High-purity alumina powder is isostatically pressed (maximum pressure 200MPa) and fired in a high-temperature sintering kiln at 1650℃ to form a seamless ceramic tube with a density ≥3.85g/cm³.
Preparation of rubber composite layer:
After the customized formula rubber is mixed, the ceramic layer is coated by CNC winding/molding process to form a 3-5mm elastic buffer layer, which fits evenly without gaps.
Overall vulcanization process:
Continuously pressurize in a 180℃ intelligent vulcanization tank for 4 hours to ensure that the interface bonding strength between ceramic and rubber meets the standard and achieve "rigidity and flexibility".
Full process quality inspection:
Hydraulic pressure test (1.5 times the working pressure), wear resistance test (ASTM G65 standard), airtightness test (helium mass spectrometry leak detection), and 100% of unqualified products are eliminated.
