Product Description
Metal ceramic elbow pipe is a high-performance industrial pipe component that combines the mechanical strength of metal with the wear and corrosion resistance of ceramic. The pipe is usually composed of an inner lining ceramic layer and an outer metal material. The inner lining ceramic layer is mainly responsible for wear and corrosion resistance, while the outer metal material provides the necessary support and strength. This composite structure ensures the long-term stable operation of the elbow pipe in a high wear and corrosion environment.
Product Features
Super wear resistance: The Mohs hardness of the ceramic lining is as high as 9, far exceeding that of ordinary metal materials. Actual tests show that under the same wear conditions, its wear resistance is more than 5 times that of ordinary carbon steel pipes, which can greatly extend the service life of the pipeline, significantly reduce the replacement frequency, and save a lot of time and cost for the enterprise.
Excellent corrosion resistance: It has excellent tolerance to various strong acids (such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and nitric acid), strong alkalis (such as sodium hydroxide, and potassium hydroxide), and other corrosive media. In the simulation test of a specific chemical corrosion environment, after 240 hours of immersion, there was no obvious sign of corrosion on the surface of the pipeline, and it can stably adapt to complex chemical environments.
Good mechanical properties: The metal matrix is made of high-strength alloy material, which gives the pipeline good toughness and strength. It can withstand internal pressure and impact energy up to 20MPa, and is not easy to break when subjected to a certain degree of external force impact, ensuring the safe and stable operation of the pipeline system.
