Product Description
The surface of the rubber pulley lagging is embedded with alumina ceramic blocks. The rubber grooves between the ceramic blocks ensure drainage and mud discharge during operation and can provide a strong grip between the driving roller and the conveyor belt. Even in various harsh working conditions, such as muddy, wet, and high-wear environments, the lagging can solve the problem.
The adhesive surface of the rubber pulley lagging has a semi-vulcanized CN layer, which can form a bonding reaction with the cold vulcanized adhesive to achieve a strong adhesion between the rubber plate and the surface of the roller.
