Features:
1. Good wear resistance: The lining ceramic layer of the ceramic lined steel pipe is corundum ceramic, and its Vickers hardness is above 1100HV. It is especially suitable for conveying (solid-gas), (solid-liquid), solid, and other media in electric power, mining, and coal industries. Its service life is more than 10 times higher than that of ordinary steel pipes.
2. Anti-corrosion and anti-scaling: Because corundum ceramic is a neutral material, it has the characteristics of being resistant to acid, strong corrosive medium and halogen salt corrosion, and also has anti-scaling performance.
3. Good high-temperature resistance: The ceramic-lined steel pipe can operate normally for a long time in the humidity range of -50℃ to 800℃, and the expansion coefficient of the composite pipeline is small.
4. Easy installation and construction: The weight of the product is lighter than other wear-resistant composite pipes of the same inner diameter, which can save 20%-35% of steel. It has heat resistance and mechanical shock resistance, so it can be connected by welding, flange, quick connector, etc. In this way, not only the construction and installation are very convenient, but also the installation cost can be reduced.
Reasons for Wear of Pipe
1. Mixing ratio: The lower the mixing ratio of material and air, the more serious the wear is.
2. Flow rate: The higher the flow rate of the material mixed with air in the pipeline, the greater the erosion and wear on the pipe wall.
3. Material properties: The more abrasive the material is, the more serious the wear will be.
4. Selection of pipe diameter and air volume: If the selection is improper, the wear will increase exponentially.
Finally, to prolong the service life of the ceramic composite steel pipe for pneumatic conveying, it is necessary to consider the mixing ratio of the conveyed material, the flow rate, and the diameter of the pipe.
