The ceramic pump tube is one of the concrete pump parts, which is mainly used for concrete conveying of construction machinery pump trucks., Use zirconium-aluminum composite ceramics with better performance in the first section where the wear is the most serious, and use ordinary wear-resistant ceramics in other parts. While saving costs, the wear degree of each part of the pump pipe is consistent, which is convenient for concrete pumps. Parts pump tubing for better repair and replacement.
Product Features
Super wear-resistant: As a new material for new concrete pump parts, the ceramic pump truck pipeline increases the service life of ordinary pipelines by more than 5-10 times. The pump truck pipeline is lined with zirconium-aluminum composite ceramics, with a Rockwell hardness of HRA90, second only to diamond in hardness.
Impact resistance: The fracture toughness of alumina ceramics can reach 7Mpa•m½, which is 1.5 times that of ordinary wear-resistant ceramics, which can meet various harsh working conditions.
Lightweight: The density of ceramics is only half of that of steel, and the pipeline of the pump truck is about 20% lighter than the ordinary cast steel pipeline. The 125A90R180 elbow is only 10.7kg, which is 30% lighter than the cast steel elbow.
Good compressive resistance: The pipeline is stamped from 20# seamless steel pipe, with good sealing performance. The compressive strength of ceramics is 1300MPa, which can fully meet the pressure-bearing requirements of various types of pump truck boom tubes on the pipeline.
The inner wall is smooth: the ceramic patch is flat, the height difference is controlled within 1mm, and it is not easy to block the material.
