Product Introduction
The BW200 mud pump is a horizontal double cylinder reciprocating plug pump, mainly used for supplying flushing fluid to the borehole during core drilling. The flushing fluid can be mud or water. In order to adapt to the general drilling of alloys and steel particles, while also meeting the needs of small diameter diamond drilling, this pump is equipped with two types of cylinder liners with a diameter of 80 for alloy and steel particle drilling, and a diameter of 65 for small diameter diamond drilling. This pump can be used as a supporting equipment for drilling machines up to 1000 meters.

Main characteristics of grouting pump
1. It has four flow levels that can meet the needs of large and small caliber drilling rigs, with a wide range of flow adjustment and reasonable parameter selection. Can be used in conjunction with XY-4 core drilling rig and XY-5 drilling rig. It can meet the needs of drilling different diameters, depths, and geological cores.
2. The piston is a bowl shaped, self sealing S-type polyurethane rubber piston with a nylon backrest, greatly improving its service life.
3. There are five dust sealing rings on the pull rod to prevent mud from the hydraulic end from entering the power end and the lubricating oil filter at the power end. After multiple production tests, it has been proven that the sealing is reliable and the performance is good. Resulting in prolonged service life of gears.
4. The inlet and outlet valves are made of steel balls. And sound-absorbing rubber pads are installed on the valve cover to reduce impact noise.
5. The pressure gauge adopts BY-1 seismic resistant pressure gauge, with a long service life.
